Creation and Management of Companies

Each module of this training will focus on teaching the theoretical and practical skills necessary to succeed in the field of business creation and management. Participants will also have the opportunity to put into practice what they have learned through case studies and practical workshops. Finally, a certification will be offered to those who pass the final exam, demonstrating their mastery of the skills taught in the program.

Participants will learn the principles of the daily management of a company, including human resources management, supply chain management and operations.

Participants will learn to understand financial statements, manage cash flow and plan financially. They will also be introduced to corporate taxation.
